Terms of use for the demo

1. Scope

These terms apply to the demo of the SalesArchitect Platform: the Process X-ray (website scanner), the software preview in your firm's look, the phone bridge and the X-ray report. They apply to salesarchitect.ch and to atelier.salesarchitect.ch (redirects to salesarchitect.ch). The provider is Oliver Siebke, SalesArchitect, Sagenrainstrasse 6, 8320 Fehraltorf, Switzerland. By using the demo, you accept these terms.

2. What the demo is

The demo shows how the platform's software could look for your business. It is free of charge, requires no sign-up and is non-binding. Features, content and availability may change at any time. There is no entitlement to use the demo.

3. No real data

• Do not enter any real personal or client data in the demo, neither your own nor that of your clients.
• In the phone bridge, only photograph the specimen ID shown on the screen, or tap "Use specimen ID". Never photograph a real identity document. The demo only accepts the data of the fictitious specimen ID. Photos are read in memory only and never stored.
• All people, clients, documents and banks in the demo are fictitious, for example the Muster family, Muster Vermögensverwaltung AG, "Custodian Bank A" and "Custodian Bank B". A signature in the demo has no legal effect.

4. Permitted use

Automated requests, circumventing the bot protection or the daily limits, and any use that impairs the platform or scanned websites are not permitted.

5. Results without warranty

The result of the Process X-ray is generated automatically. It keeps "Seen on your website", "Assumed" and "From your answers" apart. Assumptions come from an AI analysis and may be wrong. If the AI is not available, the demo shows a simulation and says so openly. No warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the analysis for your business. The result and the information on the rules status are not legal, tax or compliance advice.

6. The indicative price is not a quote

The price class (S, M or L) with a range for set-up and monthly fee is a non-binding estimate, generated automatically from the proposed building blocks and your answers. It is not a quote. Oliver Siebke prepares a binding quote personally after reviewing your request. A contract is only concluded by an express agreement of both parties.

7. Private links, periods and deletion

• The result, the image of the home page, the logo and the software preview can be reached for 14 days via a private, unlisted link and are deleted automatically, at the latest 16 days after the scan.
• Anyone who knows the link can see the result. Only share it if you want to.
• You can download the signed demo PDF of the phone bridge for up to two hours after signing; after that it is deleted.
• If you want to keep the result, save the X-ray report as a PDF.
• Requests with name and email address (X-ray report by email, binding quote) are deleted after 180 days.
• On request, I delete the result and the preview earlier. Please send me the private link.

8. Trademarks, logos and third-party content

Names, logos, colours and content of scanned websites belong to their owners. The demo shows them only in the private preview for the person who entered the address, does not publish them and deletes them at the latest 16 days after the scan. No rights in these trademarks or contents arise from this, and the presentation does not imply any connection between SalesArchitect and the business concerned. Real bank logos and bank forms do not appear in the demo.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for damage arising from the use of the demo and its results is excluded.

10. Privacy

How data is processed in the demo is described in the privacy policy (in German).

11. Changes, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms may be amended. The version published when you start using the demo applies. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of business in Fehraltorf, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
