    Together we go through how enquiries, calls, orders and billing work in your business. I look at the processes, work out with you where time is being lost and present a plan showing which solution removes the biggest bottleneck first.

    No. I take care of set-up, integration and support. You decide what gets built and tell me whether it works in everyday use.
