So your onboarding doesn't start from scratch.

Capture every new client once. All documents, all custodian banks, one cockpit. The Onboarding Autopilot for asset managers, family offices and trustees. Swiss hosting, Swiss AI for client data, audit and control rights in the contract.

Today and with Autopilot

Today

First meeting, client profile, AML file, contracts, then the forms of every custodian bank, each one different. The same data retyped several times, signatures on paper, queries by email, supporting documents scattered. Your fee only starts once the account is activated.

With Autopilot

Capture once, at the computer or with your phone pointed at the ID document. We set up the capture of your real clients with you. Check what needs checking, with a log. Generate all documents. We set up the pre-filling of the bank forms with you. Sign on the tablet. For the bank forms, we set this up with you where the bank accepts it. Track what is waiting at which bank. Follow-ups run by themselves.

Individual

Your risk model, your country lists, your review cycles, your depth of evidence, your client acceptance, your allowed identification routes, your additional documents.

You set this yourself, in plain language, with a preview and a change log. No ticket, no waiting.

Five questions every compliance officer asks

Supervision and data protection

You delegate tasks, not decisions. Outsourcing agreement with rights of instruction and control, access for the supervisory organisation, FINMA and the audit firm, data processing on your behalf under the Data Protection Act, confidentiality, list of subcontractors, encryption, logging. Decisions on client acceptance, risk class, hits and approvals remain with you.

Dependence on one person

Governed by the contract: deposit of code and documentation, a named replacement partner, data export at any time, handover assistance.

Integration

We set up the export to your portfolio management system with you, then the interface. Your custodian banks' portals remain; the Autopilot is the layer at your firm, above all banks. Maintaining the bank forms is part of the monthly fee.

Team acceptance

Less typing, works on the phone, client portal optional. We set up the print package with you, for clients who want paper.

Operation afterwards

The monthly fee covers hosting in Switzerland, monitoring, updates, form maintenance and support.

Rules version and identification

Rules version

The Autopilot shows at the top which version it is on: “Rules as of 1 November 2026, reviewed”, with sources. If a regulation changes, the rule radar proposes the change, with date, source and the list of affected client files. You approve. Nothing activates by itself.

Identification

Identification according to your rules: in person with the original, by correspondence, by video, online with photos and liveness detection under the FINMA circular from 1 November 2026, and with the E-ID as soon as the Confederation issues it. You decide which routes your firm allows. The software supports compliance with the rules; responsibility remains with you.

Price class and duration

Class L: set-up and monthly fee as a range in the X-ray result, open and non-binding. Set-up and training with test data while your application is in progress. Real client data only goes onto the system after the supervisory decision. Three pilot places with your own documents and two custodian banks of your choice.

Who builds it

Oliver Siebke spent almost nine years opening accounts, at Credit Suisse and UBS. He knows KYC, Form A and the custodian banks from the inside.

Today, with a task force of AI agents, he builds the tool he would have liked to have back then. You talk to the person who builds.

Frequently asked questions from compliance officers

Where is the data stored?

On a dedicated server per client in a Swiss data centre. AI for client data runs in Switzerland. The public website scanner uses a US provider, but only processes public website content and your answers, no client data.

Do we need a new licence?

Not a new licence. However, the outsourcing is usually a change that requires approval: you submit a change application via the FINMA platform, your supervisory organisation carries out a preliminary review, and real client data only goes onto the system after the decision. We supply the templates for all the documents.

Who signs the contracts with identification providers and data suppliers?

You do, because you are the financial intermediary. We connect the services under your contracts. In the demo, these interfaces are simulated and labelled as such.

What happens when the law changes?

The rule radar presents the change as a proposal, with source and impact. You review and approve. The new version carries date and source and appears in the log.

Does our custodian bank accept the signature on the tablet?

We record this for each bank. Where the bank requires a signature on paper or a qualified electronic signature, the Autopilot shows this beforehand. We set up the print package and the signature request with you.

What about the transparency register?

The comparison is a guided step: you obtain the extract, the Autopilot compares it with the client file, marks discrepancies, keeps track of the deadlines and prepares the report. You decide whether a discrepancy has to be reported. You are the one who sends it.

What if SalesArchitect is no longer available?

Then the continuity package from the contract applies: deposit of code and documentation, a named replacement partner, data export at any time, handover assistance.

Can we see it beforehand?

Yes. Your website, 60 seconds, your X-ray, then the demo in the look of your firm, also with your phone pointed at the specimen ID.
